      ZLWF系列渦旋分離器主要用于濕式加工中冷卻液雜質(zhì)的分離，水基臟冷卻液以一定的壓力進(jìn)入渦旋分離器，當(dāng)液體旋轉(zhuǎn)向下進(jìn)入圓錐型分離腔體，液體速度不斷提高，固體雜質(zhì)被甩到腔壁下到腔體底部由出口排除。而干凈的液體沿椎體的軸線螺旋上升，形成渦流，向上由凈液口流出。這種分離形式無(wú)濾材消耗，可并聯(lián)以增大流量，也可串聯(lián)提高過(guò)濾精度，亦與其它過(guò)濾器組合使用。

      Vortex separator is mainly used in separation of coolant impurities in wet processing. The used water-based coolant enters vortex separator from inlet at a certain speed. As the coolant revolves down into the conical separating cavity, the coolant keeps accelerating and solid impurities will be discharged at the outlet while clean coolant will go up and flow out from clean coolant outlet. This kind of separation will not consume filtering materials, and can be used together with other filtering devices.
